Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping:

  • You don’t have to pay for shipping - its on us! Yes it is free 
  • Items are shipped via local Post office and deliveries take around 3 - 4 weeks ( in most cases it is received a lot sooner)
  • Almost all items are shipped from Portugal, post office delays are outside of our control or influence ( there is very little if at all anything we can do to expedite)
  • Average delivery to USA and Canada is around 24 days, to Europe is around 8 days and to Asia Pacific is around 30 days ( based on data collected between March  - June 2021)
  • Delivery delays due to the pandemic may still occur

Expedited Shipping:

  • You can select expedited shipping for most items for $20 - you select this option at checkout
  • Items are shipped via courier( Fedex, UPS) and deliveries take around 3 - 5 business days

Returns: Defective Product

  • If the product turns out to be defective then you will need to notify us within 30 days of the purchase date, you will need to send us a proof ( sorry about this!); usually, a picture of the defect will suffice
  • If approved, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund if we run out of stock of the purchased item
  • Defective product may be disposed off at your end, no need to send it to us

Returns: Change of Mind/ Exchanges

  • If you decide that you did not like the product ( errr..you sure?!) or you did not want the product, then you must notify us within 30 days of the purchase date
  • Items will need to be returned to our warehouse in USA, in its original packaging ( Returns without the original packaging will be rejected)
  • If you want to exchange the product for some other color or variety then let us know, we can get back to you straightaway on stock availability of your chosen product and advise next steps - we’ll keep it simple! Promise!
  • Oh….and you will need to pay for the shipping back to the warehouse in USA…such is life!


  • Refunds will be processed only for defective items or returns for reasons aforementioned
  • Refunds will not be processed for post office delivery delays ( exceptions apply)
  • Purchased items need to be returned back to the warehouse before a refund is processed
  • All refunds are processed immediately to your original payment card or method ( e.g., PayPal)
  • Please contact your card company/ PayPal if the refund does not reflect within 30 days
