Returns: Defective Product
- If the product turns out to be defective then you will need to notify us within 45 days of the purchase date, you will need to send us a proof ( sorry about this!); usually a picture of the defect will suffice
- If approved, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund if we run out of stock of the purchased item
- Defective product may be disposed off at your end, no need to send it to us
Returns: Change of Mind/ Exchanges
- If you decide that you did not like the product ( errr..you sure?!) or you did not want the product, then you must notify us within 45 days of the purchase date
- We will let you know where to send the product - so please contact us as soon as…
- If you want to exchange the product for some other colour or variety then let us know, we can get back to you straightaway on stock availability of your chosen product and advise next steps - we’ll keep it simple! Promise!
- Oh….and you will need to pay for the shipping back to the warehouse…such is life!
- All refunds are processed immediately to your original payment card or method ( e.g., PayPal)
- Please contact your card company/ PayPal if the refund does not reflect within 30 days
